Mini Section end of season awards/party
End of Season Awards and party
We will be having our end of season party on
Saturday 9th May
PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE FROM FIXTURE LIST
We will kick off at 4pm. There will be the bouncy castle, BBQ and the presentation of the awards will start at about 5.30pm.
If you can contribute to raffle prizes, please let Caroline or Aisling know. We will also need some salads and desserts.
It is really important that you come to this event as your children have toiled hard on the pitch for the whole season and this our way of celebrating all their efforts. There will be a coach’s award for each age group and – voted by the players – player’s player award. (This will be available as a printed form available at the next Sunday training session or alternatively it can be downloaded as a pdf format document from this website – Further information about where to find it be posted shortly!)
Also the coaches will be nominating players they have been impressed with for a variety of reasons and a special award (mini Chairmans’) will go to a special player
It was a great event last year and all those who attended recieved medals and we had some special guests who presented trophies, awards and medals

Staines festival match reports and photos
Hi all,
Could we have some match reports from Sundays tournaments, also, if you took any photos could you email them to me (spudpaul@yahoo.com) so I can put them onto the website.
Regarding photographs: usaully during a training session Jo and/or myself take a range of photos of all the age groups, at a tournament this is a little difficult, myself, running a team and Jo making sure all the admin is correct have little time to get around to all age groups, also at tournaments Jo becomes a parent of a player much as many do and tends to focus on the age group that our son plays in. I have edited over 420 photos over the last day or so and I am happy to edit and upload others but I do require others to pass them onto me. Not a gripe, but I want to make sure that all players of all age groups are represented on the website. Have a great break, see you in a week or two.
