Weekly training
Saturday morning fitness training is now finished for this year – thank you to everyone who made the effort to attend.
Our Thursday evening sessions, which will run from 18.00 to 19.30, will commence on Thursday, September 10th. They will be every week, excluding school holidays.
IT IS VITAL THAT YOU ATTEND THESE SESSIONS!!
If anyone needs some help with lifts, or would like to try and organise a rota, please let Brad know; brad@theseilers.co.uk
