Seniors: Summer Fitness

we have our fitness and speed session starting at 7:30 for an hour.

We have touch on Thursday as usual – 7pm. If you have any mates that are keen to play, please bring them down. See notices below

Little Rugby Acadamy 9.30 2-3.5yr old 10.30 3.5-5 yr olds onwards
